1. Returns and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy lasts for 30 days from the moment you receive your order.
After the stipulated period for return or exchange, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or exchange the item.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Your item must be unused;
  • It must be in the same condition that you received it;

  • It must be in its original packaging.

For us to proceed with the refund or exchange, the item must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Note:
Gift vouchers are not subject to returns.

 

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that your item has been received and about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed;

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
