Prices
All prices shown are in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force. Shipping costs are calculated separately and presented at checkout.
Price Changes
Jade Ourivesaria reserves the right to change the prices of its products without prior notice. However, the prices shown at the time of order finalization will be valid during the processing of that order.
Payment
Orders must be paid within 48 hours of their placement. Otherwise, they will be automatically cancelled.

For bank transfer payments, you must use the order number as a reference.
Currency
All transactions are carried out in Euros. Jade Ourivesaria is not responsible for exchange rate variations or fees applied by financial institutions in the case of payments in other currencies.
Exchanges, Returns, and Warranty
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, except in case of defect.
The pieces are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damages caused by misuse, drops, normal wear and tear, or lack of care.
